What Causes Gallstones Polyps Why Would Gallstones Cause Pain If Not In The Duct?

Why would gallstones cause pain if not in the duct? - what causes gallstones polyps

I have 2 floating gallstones in my gallbladder. The ultrasound shows that in the pipeline, and there is no inflammation present. Is it only because of the presence of pain? No contract of gallstones in a hurry or not the channel?

My doctor removed the planned operation, the gallbladder, but I'm about where the pain comes because he is not in the channel and bewildered no swelling.

Usually gallstones in the gallbladder, often found in the canal (I think it means that the cystic duct, which of the gallbladder to the common hepatic duct), when it is entering the canal, no longer a cholelithiasis but an choledocolitiasis (much more complex situation), which means that the stones (the flow of bile from the liver into the intestine which usually jaundice were hindered) is always yellow.
Its mere presence can cause pain? Although the gallbladder is a very dynamic body after eating something ggreasy move the gallbladder contract, there is, pain occurs because the stones do not enter the channel (cystic), and (fortunately) can try, if the contraction is strong enough no acute cholecystitis, which deserves a surgical emergency. How often, I do not know, however, surgeons frequently, before and wait for good to cut, because it is much easier and less risky to enter the gallbladder in an emergency.
