If I have ALL of my college payed for. Can i get a student loan to buy a car? - seminary scholarships

I am 17 years old and live in North Carolina. I go to Southeastern Seminary College and non-acceptance of federal financial assistance. He is paying for everything, including education and room and board. I have no warranty. Can I pay a Stafford loan for a car, a private student loan for a car, or what? I am desperate and need your help.
