Hello, I have told my doctor that I had costochondritis costochondritis is an inflammation of a rib or the cartilage connecting a rib. This is a common cause of pain in the chest. Inflammation or injury, the chest muscles is another common cause of pain in the chest. The problem is aggravated by chest tightness and sharp pain that if you move or breathe deeply marked. May the pain radiates into the arm and can occur in more than one place.

Other costochondritis symptoms may include:

■ Pain on deep breathing
■ pain when coughing
■ Difficulty breathing
Costochondritis is the most common cause of chest pain originating in the chest wall. It occurs most commonly in women and elderly people 40 years old. However, costochondritis can affect anyone of us, including infants and children.

I remember when I was young, I laughed so hard my chest hurt so much. Since the membrane is working much harder than it was accustomed. Use all types of muscles when she laughs. More the better, greater involvement of the muscles. No laughter, soon your muscles more exercise and it does not hurt much. Also, you never know where life will make you cry. Laugh, laugh often.

Perhaps the sudden movement of oxygen in their respiratory system is causing some of their bodies to react differently. I suggest you go to more than a month to relax and improve breathing exercise. You can also go through a massage therapy for health can improve blood circulation and normalize the flow of oxygen into your system.
