Cord Bracelet monks (The name comes from the belt of the Union to the monks in their robes. The node is a round, slightly elastic strap.)
Cut two lengths of cable length and 2 ½ feet. Fold the two strips in half and put the two strings with the ends folded interlaced in the same order. Hold the rope folded in the end, and made a knot. The location of the node should be:

When paste and loop fasteners, so that two loops is slightly larger than the invoice or the nodes are at the other end of the bracelet. Tighten the knot you use a pair of pliers, a little at a time.
If closures are braided-end to tighten in the near tie the knot at the end of the chapter, so that only draw enough from the bones after the node with a forceps. Pull the knot with pliers, a little at a time.
If the caps are smooth, leaving about 3 inches of wire to put the belt ends together, after it was made. Tighten the knot you use a pair of pliers, a little at a time. Cut the folded ends of the wire on the loop, so that ita.

When the hooks are spun end, first the end of the tape in a split-ring, and links - you will find the model of woven bracelet - about 2 1 / 2 inches, then tie a knot. Pull the knot with pliers, a little at a time.

Use only the node or braided section, and place the components in four directions (figure A). Choose from strands (we call them 1 a.m. to 3 p.m.), and put them in a pattern of clockwise through adjacent channels (1, 2 and 3 of 4) with two opposite sides of the loop in the knot or braided section (see Figure B ). Well abdominal Chapter 2 in the loop through the Chapter 3 a.m. to 4 p.m. created in the loop of the belly of Chapter 1 is created (see Table C). Tighten the four chapters (see Figure D), then the next round of selection to start ... opposite directions as before. Repeat for the desired length. The nodes form a round, elastic band.

If one or more accounts is on the bracelet length wanted to stop bow, moving the ball (s) in one or more lines (one Big Bill, two medium-sizedOr four small accounts work best), then nodes.
